To move beyond the Injury is about learning to let go of the pain, and to get back on track living the life of your own design.
Whether we like how we got to this point of hurting – whether physically, mentally, emotionally or even spiritually – somehow, we feel deep in our being that there must be more to this life then just hurting and surviving and trying to get through another day.
Some of you may be hurt in some way.
Some of you may love and support people who have been hurt.
Both pathways can be difficult and challenging to walk through. Sure, they help you grow – when you can look back on the experience, some day. But going through it can be very trying and wear you out.
In some cases, you may be hurt and caring for someone who has been hurt.
Of course, there’s nothing wrong with any of these situations. The only thing is that you feel there is more for you in this life then just suffering in pain. What is that thing? What are those vistas of opportunities available to you live and enjoy?
Only you can know as this is your journey, your path, and you are the author of your life.
You can live the life that you want – beyond the injury.
